 Reza Breakstone, J.D., M.B.A. is the founder of RB Unlimited, LLC, bringing over 17 years of experience as a distinguished attorney, chief operating officer, business strategist, and consultant. With a diverse background spanning BigLaw, civil litigation, consulting, entertainment, and public service, Reza combines legal expertise with a keen business acumen to offer tailored solutions for clients facing complex and wicked challenges. Reza specializes in driving initiatives that align organizational goals with business needs. His approach is data-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, ensuring that each phase of the project not only meets but exceeds stakeholder expectations.

Reza’s Background and Expertise:

Reza’s work at RB Unlimited, LLC includes serving as a Chief Operating Officer, on a fractional basis, or strategic advisor to emerging or scaling companies. His clients include businesses at all three stages of the business life cycle – from ideation to market, market to scale, and scale to exit. Reza often works with subject matter experts who are looking to hire a thought partner with the ability to execute to achieve their vision for growth. He has also worked with institutional clients on discrete strategic initiatives.

 Prior to launching RB Unlimited, LLC, Reza practiced as an attorney in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He began his legal career at Mintz Levin, an Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on complex business litigation. He successfully prosecuted numerous cases, gaining valuable trial experience, during a one-year fellowship with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. As an attorney at Breakstone, White & Gluck, one of Boston’s most respected boutique civil litigation firms, Reza built a reputation as a tough and tenacious advocate. 

Reza earned his M.B.A. from the joint program between Brown University and IE Business School, graduating top of his class and earning the IE Brown Award for Best Academic Achievement and the Blue Torch Award for outstanding citizenship. He was elected class representative by his cohort and then elected again by his cohort to be the class speaker at graduation. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and his A.B. in Political Science from the University of Michigan, where he was the only student in the school’s history to win both the Outstanding Student Leader and Student Legacy Awards in the same year.
